We want you to be completely satisfied with your durablewest.com purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following policy.

Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags attached. A copy of the receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. The item must meet all the return eligibility criteria listed above.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to, final sale items, personalized or customized products, and items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after receipt.

Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Center at durablewest.com. You will need your order number and email address. Follow the instructions to generate a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label. Returns without an authorization may be delayed.

All returned items should be securely packaged in their original box, placed within a shipping box. Using the original packaging helps prevent damage during transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges Processing
Processed exchanges will be shipped once the original returned item is received at our facility. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund via the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at durablewest.com to resolve the issue. We will cover any associated shipping costs for replacement.

Return Shipping
You will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label via our Returns Center at durablewest.com. Items returned without using the provided label may result in processing delays.

International Returns
